Ode to Scars

The scar aches, sometimes. Smiles anyway— strangely, beautifully.

Everyone carries wounds on the other side. The kind that cannot be spoken.

In autumn 2025, the work began again. That winter—

the Eye Series: Ode to Scars, Liminal Smile, The Gazing Vessel. Three at once, as clay demands.

The eye is an obsession. First, the clay was set free.

Then, when the moment came— the form was sharpened.
